摘要
目的检测非小细胞肺癌患者术后组织中Kiss-1和基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP-2)的表达,探讨二者的关系及在不同临床特征中的表达差别,以期为预后的判断提供理论支持。方法应用流式细胞术检测90例非小细胞肺癌和50例正常肺组织中Kiss-1和MMP-2的表达,观察二者在非小细胞肺癌不同临床特征中的表达差别,探讨二者的关系及预后特征。结果非小细胞肺癌中Kiss-1的表达量明显低于正常肺组织,非小细胞肺癌中MMP-2的表达量明显高于正常肺组织,Kiss-1和MMP-2的表达与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关,非小细胞肺癌中Kiss-1和MMP-2的表达呈负相关,生存分析显示Kiss-1低表达和MMP-2高表达的患者预后差。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中Kiss-1低表达和MMP-2高表达可以促进肿瘤的发生和发展,联合检测Kiss-1和MMP-2的表达可能与患者的预后有关。
Objective To investigate the protein expressions on of Kiss-1 and MMP-2, and observe their relationship and clinical significance on development and metastasis in non-small cell lung lung carcinoma. Methods We detected the pro- tein expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-2 by FCM in the non-small cell lung carcinoma(90 cases) and normal lung tissues (50 cases). Their relationship and different pathological characters were analyzed in the non-small cell lung carcinoma. Results The protein expression of Kiss-1 were lower in the neoplasm than in normal lung tissues. The protein expression of MMP-2 were higher in the neoplasm than in normal lung tissues. Their expressions were correlated with differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. Negative correlation between Kiss-1 and MMP-2 protein were found in neo- plasm. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-2 were found in non-small cell lung carcinoma. The syngergistic effect of Kiss-1 and MMP-2 may promote the development of neoplasm. The expressions of Kiss-1 and MMP-2 may be importment to judge the prognosis.
