松质骨螺钉是一种常用于四肢干骺端和脊柱的内固定器械,临床上因螺钉固定强度不够导致术后螺钉的松动、脱出时常发生,许多研究表明螺钉的固定强度与螺钉的自身因素、骨密度、医生手术操作技术及熟练程度等有关。

Cancellous screw is commonly used for fixation of spine and metaphysic of limbs, screw loosening or pullout was frequently happened as lacking of fixation strength. Published literatures had shown the relationship between fixation strength and factors such as screw property, bone mineral density, the operating skill and proficiency of doctors, etc.
