吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

Gemcitabine and carboplatin treatment elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察分析吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院2008年1月～2011年1月住院初治及复治的NSCLC患者21例，对初治、复治以及不同类型、不同分期的NSCLC患者的疗效及毒副作用情况进行分析。结果初治患者的疗效明显高于复治的疗效，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不同类型NSCLC的疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。不同分期NSCLC的疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、白细胞和血小板的减少。结论吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效确切、毒副作用少，值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the gemcitabine and carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients With ad- vanced non-small-cell lung cancer. Methods The efficacy and toxicity were analyzed among 21 NSCLC from patients January 2008 to January 2011 who were initial treatment and retreatment, and different types and stages of NSCLC pa- tients. Results The efficacy of untreated patients was significantly higher than the efficacy of retreatment, there was signifi- cant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Comparison of efficacy of different types of NSCLC, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Comparison of efficacy of different stages of NSCLC, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The main side effects were bone marrow suppression, reduction in white blood cells and platelets. Conclusion Gemcitabine and carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer clinical efficacy, fewer side effects, should be wide- ly promoted and applied.
