兔煤工尘肺模型HRCT表现与病理学对照研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的复制兔煤尘肺模型、各期肺部HRCT表现、病理结果,分析其关系。方法 40只兔随机分为5组,每组内任选5只为实验对象,煤尘悬液灌注,另3只方法同生理盐水对照。2周、1、2、3、5个月各组兔行CT扫描,各期兴趣区病理切片制作,观察改变。结果模型肺各期HRCT表现与病理结果一致,观察发现早期兔肺出现磨玻璃及实变影,病理证实主要是水肿、组织浸润引起的小叶间隔增厚和肺泡腔内渗出;中晚期间质纤维化并见微结节、支气管扩张,病理证实为增生纤维组织及煤结节;对照组无上述改变。结论兔煤尘肺模型成功,各期病理进程HRCT上可观察到。 Objective Through the copy of the coal worker's pneumoconiosis rabbits model, To compare HRCT features of rabbits with Coal pneumoconiosis and it's pathological results, and to explore their relationship. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into five groups, 5 rabbits were in each group as the experimental, intracheal injection of coal parti- cles, then the rest of each group injection of Physiological saline chosen as blank controls. At 2 weeks and month of 1, 2, 3, 5 after injecting suspension, CT scanning was performed in each group, and the images of high resolution computerized tomography (HRCT) were restablished. Lung tissues were fixed sliced and stained after CT scanning. Observation the pathological changes. Results Consistent with the pathologic finding, CT showed the pulmonary lesions aggravated progres- sively. In the early stage,pathologic change involoved a markedly exudative lesion, which tended to typical fibrosis-like shadows and GGO and resulting from edema and cell infiltration pathologically and tl^e exudate from the alveolar. In the middle-late stage,with the extent of fibrosis expending, tractive bronchiolectasis occurring, coal nodules scattered in the Interstitial. markedly proliferating fibrosis unregularly scattered among the lung parenchyma. These changes could not be observed in the controls. Conclusion Results suggested that the model made were successful. The progress of pathological changes could be observed by CT in Coal pneumoconiosis rabbits.
