摘要
目的探讨舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对患者全麻诱导期血流动力学和应激反应的影响。方法 76例择期全麻手术患者分为瑞芬太尼组和舒芬太尼组,记录入室后静卧5 min(T)、插管前即刻(T0)、插管后1 min(T1)、插管后3 min(T2)和插管后5 min(T3)各时间点MAP和HR,同时测定NE和E水平。结果与T比较,T0时两组患者MAP和HR显著下降(P<0.05),从T1到T3瑞芬太尼组持续下降;T1、T3时,舒芬太尼组MAP和HR高于瑞芬太尼组(P<0.05);瑞芬太尼组和舒芬太尼组各时间点NE和E比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒芬太尼和瑞芬太尼抑制气管插管时应激反应效果均较好,舒芬太尼更有利于维持血流动力学稳定。
Objective To explore the change of haemodynamics and stress reaction of Sufentanil and Remifentanil during anesthesia induction. Methods All 76 cases selective operation with general anaesthesia were divided into Sufentanil group and Remifentanil group. The MAP and HR were recorded at after enters the operation room 5 min(T), immediately intubation(T0) ,after intubation 1 rain (T1),3 min (T2)and 5 min (T3). The level of NE and E were detected. Results Compared with T, MAP and HR had slowed down noticeably at To (P 〈 0.05). From TI to T3, MAP and HR were decline continued in Remifentanil group.MAP and HR were higher in Sufentanil group than in Remifentanil group at TI and T3. The NE and E had no significantly difference between two groups(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The suppress stress reaction is good in Sufentanil and Remifentanil,it is good for hemodynamic stability.
