摘要
目的为了帮助缺血下肢缓解疼痛,恢复并建立血管侧支循环。方法溶栓、止痛、改善微循环。并在介入室CT下行腰交感神经射频手术。给予L2、L3腰交感神经射频手术。结果患肢体温明显升高,有热感,且疼痛明显减轻,VAS 2分。左足皮肤红润。足趾SpO2由术前72%到术后99%。结论对腰交感神经进行射频抑制,能够扩张血管、改善微循环、缓解疼痛。本方法操作简便、定位准确、安全性高。不失为治疗下肢缺血性疼痛的一种好方法。
Objective To help relieve the pain of ischemic lower circulation. Methods Thrombolysis, analgesia and microcirculation diofrequency was performed under CT in the intervention room. L2 extremity and restore and establish vascular collateral improvement were used. Lumbar sympathetic nerve ra- and L3 were given lumbar sympathetic nerve radiofre- quency. Results The temperature of troubled limb increased significantly, with thermal inductance, and the pain signifi- cantly reduced, with VAS of 2 points. Both feet had the same skin temperatures and rosy skins. SpO2 of the toes increased from 72 of before the surgery to 99. Conclusion The radiofrequency inhibiting effects on lumbar sympathetic nerve have dilated blood vessels, improved microcirculation and relieve pain. This method is easily operative, accurately positioning and highly safe. Thus, it is a good method to treat lower extremity ischemic pain.
