摘要 目的通过运用PDCA循环法提高临床"危急值"管理的规范性。方法成立PDCA管理小组,分析"危急值"管理不到位的原因,提出相应的改进方案,并组织PDCA管理小组人员反复进行定期与不定期的监督检查,以确保"危急值"管理的规范性,最后达到标准化。结果通过运用PDCA循环法,医院"危急值"管理制度的执行情况从2011年6月的42.5%上升至2011年10月的98.6%。结论通过4个多月的PDCA循环,"危急值"管理制度执行情况的合格率明显提高,使"危急值"的患者得到及时正确的处理,保证了患者安全。 Objective To improve the clinical use of PDCA cycle method "critical value" management of the normative. Methods The establishment of PDCA management groups to analyze "critical value" management not in place of reason, the corresponding improvement program, and organize the implementation, PDCA management teams repeated regular and irregular supervision and inspection to ensure the "critical value" management normative, and finally standardized. Results Through the use of PDCA cycle method, the hospital "critical value" management system implementation in June 2011 from 42.5% to 98.6% in October 2011. Conclusion More than four months of PDCA cycle, "critical value" management system, implementation of the pass rate has improved significantly, so that the "critical value" of the patients have been timely and correct treatment to ensure patient safety.
