摘要
目的分析并评价米索前列醇放置阴道以及宫颈插管在人工流产治疗方面的临床疗效。方法治疗组患者术前3 h在阴道后穹窿处放置400μg的米索前列醇,对照组患者术前12 h将导尿管插进宫颈管内,比较两组的宫颈松弛度、术中疼痛程度、出血量以及手术时间。结果治疗组的显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组在疼痛程度方面比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组术中的疼痛程度比对照组疼痛程度要轻。治疗组的手术时间以及出血量均少于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论将米索前列醇放置阴道能够软化子宫颈,扩张宫口,降低术中疼痛程度,减少术中出血量以及手术时间。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effect on the misoprostol vaginal and cervical cannula placed in artificial abortion treatment. Methods The treatment group patients were placed 400 p,g misoprostol in the poste- rior fornix of the vagina before 3 h, the control group patients was inserted into the cervical canal before 12 h. The cervix relaxation, pain, bleeding and operation time were compared between two groups. Results The curative effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The two group in pain severity compared differ significantly （P 〈0.01）. The treatment group in the operation time, bleeding volume were lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was signifieant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Misoprostol placed vaginal softens the cervix, dilation of cervix, reduces pain degree, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and operation time.
