甲状腺全切术后患者院外服药依从性状况及其影响因素分析

Drug treatment compliances and affecting factors of total thyroidectomy patients

目的了解甲状腺全切术后患者的院外服药情况,分析影响服药依从性的因素,并进行针对性地健康教育,提高患者的服药依从性。方法采用自行编制的问卷,以电话回访的形式,对112例甲状腺全切术后患者的服药依从性状况及其影响因素进行问卷调查。结果服药依从性差的患者共58例(占54.72%)。影响服药依从性的主要因素有:感觉身体无不适可不用药或症状改善不再需要、担心药物不良反应、忘记服药、认为每日服药太麻烦等。不同年龄段、不同文化、不同职业的患者的服药依从性差异有统计学意义。结论甲状腺全切术后患者的院外服药依从性状况不容乐观,护士应积极通过各种方式加强对患者的健康教育宣教,使其改变错误的服药方式和健康观念,提高患者的服药依从性。

Objective To find out the status of drug treatment compliances of total thyroidectomy patients and discuss the affecting factors, give the special health education to improve the patient＇s medication drug treatment compliances. Meth- ods A total of 112 thyroidectomy patients were investigated by telephone with questionnaire on the drug treatment compli ances and affecting factors. Results In my investigation, 58（54.72%） patients were not perfect at drug treatment compliances. The main affecting factors were feeling no use of drugs when patients feeling good, worrying about the drug side effect, forgetting medication and finding it difficult having drugs every day. It showed that factors influencing drug treatment com- pliances were age, culture and work. Conclusion The status of drug treatment compliances of total thyroidectomy patients is not good, health education should be strengthened for patients to improve their medication drug treatment compliances.
