摘要
目的比较蒸法和常规炮制方法对白芍中芍药苷含量的影响。方法采用RP-HPLC法测定两种方法制得的白芍中芍药苷的含量。色谱柱为waterssymmetryC18(150×3.9mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(14∶86)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;流速为1mL/min。结果通过HPLC法测定蒸法和常规炮制法制得的三批芍药苷的含量分别为5.3%、5.7%、5.5%和3.9%、3.5%、3.4%。该方法的平均加样回收率为100.54%,其RSD为1.09%。并且精密度良好。结论白芍中芍药苷以蒸法提取较好,含量较高,方法简便快速。
Objective To compare the effect of HPLC determination of steaming method and conventional processing meth - ods for the content of paeoniflorin in peony. Methods RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of paeoniflorin in peony was taken. The column was the waters symmetry C18 (150×3.9 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14∶86) was taken as mobile phase. The wavelength was 230 nm by detection. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results The three batches of paeoniflorin by HPLC determination of evaporation and conventional processing system were 5.3%, 5.7%, 5.5% and 3.9%, 3.5%, 3.4%. The average recovery rate was 100.54%, and the RSD was 1.09%. And the precision was good. Conclusion Paeoniflorin in white peony extract has better evaporation, high content, and is simple and fast.
