产后出血患者围生期的护理体会

The experience of the postpartum hemorrhage patients in the perinatalcare

目的探讨产后出血的原因及围生期护理的体会。方法将78例患者随机分为两组,每组39例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上给予围生期护理,并观察两组产后出血的情况。结果本组无一例死亡,子宫收缩乏力是引起产后出血最常见的主要原因,观察组阴道再出血及感染均少于对照组,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上应用围生期护理,可有效地预防和减少产后再出血,降低孕产妇死亡率。

Objective To discuss the causation of postpartum hemorrhage and the experience of perinatalcare. Methods Seventy eight cases were randomly divided into two groups, each of 39 cases, the control group was given the usual care, and the observation group was given the perinatalcare on the basis of the usual care, and the circs of the postpartum hemorrhage of two groups were observed. Results No case death in these groups, the uterine inertia was the main causation of postpartum hemorrhage, the renewed colporrhagia and the infection in the observation group were less than that in the control group, there were statistically significant differences between two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The perinatalcare on the basis of the usual care can prevent and abate the postpartum hemorrhage and lower the puerperant＇s death rate.
