摘要
阳光工程技术培训有地放矢地选择培训项目,能提高农民的文化素质和工作技能,促进农村剩余劳动力转移。从综合效益和农民意愿方面,探讨阳光工程培训项目的选择原则,根据锦州地区开展阳光工程培训的经验,提出选择阳光工程培训项目的具体思路。
The proper selection of training items in the sunlight project can effectively improve farmers＇ quality and skills,promoting the transfer of surplus rural labors.This article reviews the practice and experience in launching the sunlight project in Jinzhou area,analyzes the principles in selecting training items in terms of comprehensive benefits and farmers＇ will and puts forward suggestions in doing this work.
