为提高我国面粉加工机械的质量安全性能,详细介绍我国面粉加工机械的整体质量安全状况,分析行业存在的主要质量安全问题及其产生的原因,从法律法规、市场机制和质量标准制定方面,有针对性地提出切实可行的监管建议。
This article reviews the present state of quality safety in flour processing machinery in China,makes analysis on the existent problems in this area and their causes,and puts forward proposals to supervise the quality of these machines in terms of laws and regulations,market mechanism,and establishment of quality standards.
