摘要
某贫铁矿石采自新疆某矿区矿床的2个主要矿体,分为地表矿体和深部矿体。通过分选工艺研究,深部矿石可以采用磁滑轮预先抛废—弱磁选流程;地表矿石则因含弱磁性矿物比例较高,不宜采用磁滑轮预先抛废,而需采用弱磁选—高梯度强磁选流程。试验建议该矿石的分选流程采用灵活流程,流程结构为磁滑轮抛废—弱磁选—高梯度强磁选,因地制宜,以获得最佳的经济效益。
The Fe-poor iron ore studied here is from two major ore deposits - the ground ore body and deep one in the mining area of Xinjiang Province. By studying the sorting process, the ore in the deep body could be mined by magnetic pulley throwing waste first and then separating the weak magnetic ore. The ore in the ground body, however, contains a large proportion of weak magnetic mineral ore, can not use the same way for mining. But it can be done by separating the weak magnetic ore first and then dress- ing the high gradient strong magnetic ore. The authors suggest that the separation process of the ore be flexible as three steps : ( 1 ) magnetic pulley throwing waste ; (2) weak magnetic separation ; (3) high gradient strong magnetic separation. One can adjust measures to local conditions so that the best economic results could be achieved.
