摘要
汤丹公司4#矿体矿物为含碳细粒浸染型矿石,围岩为黑灰色墨化碳质白云岩及板岩,石墨化比较严重,碳泥质含量高,是东川矿区少有的低钙镁酸性脉石铜矿体。一直以来,汤丹4#矿体的生产存在回收率不高、精矿品位偏低的问题,不仅造成资源的浪费,而且影响铜精矿的销售价格。通过选矿试验研究,确定合理的选矿工艺流程,解决4#矿体选矿过程中铜精矿品位低且不稳定的问题,以提高铜精矿品位、选矿回收率。
Minerals in 4# orebody attached to Tangdan Mining Company are carbon grain-disseminated, circled by black and gray CFC dolomite and slate. It is one of the few orebodies with serious graphitiza- tion and enrichment of carbon grain, and with low calcium & magnesium acid gangue in Dongchuan Min- ing Area, which results in low rate of recovery, low gold grade, waste of resources and low prices of the copper concentrate. This study aims to determine a reasonable beneficiation process to solve the problems of low copper concentrate grade, unstable beneficiation process and low rate of recovery.
