摘要
采用平底端刀五轴端铣加工模具曲面时,由于存在干涉和编程困难等问题,而大大影响其应用。对此,基于平底端刀端铣加工模具曲面的特点,将平底端刀五轴端铣加工模具曲面时的平底端刀和被加工曲面看作是一对互为共轭的空间啮合包络曲面,并用微分几何的Frenet标架来描述数控加工的刀具轨迹,通过计算得到刀具轨迹的刀位点,从而设计平底端刀五轴端铣加工模具曲面的几何模型。
The interference and program trouble has contributed unsatisfactory effects when applying a five-axis flat-end tool to machine mold surface. Taking the feature into consideration, this design takes the fiat-end tool and machined surface as a pair of mutually conjugate space contact tooth envelope surface, and uses the Frenet frame of differential geometry to describe the NC machining tool path, thus getting tool path and calculating the cutter location point. As a result, the geometric model in five-axis CNC end milling mold surface with fiat-end tools is designed.
