Determination of the Content of Palmatine in Fibrauretin Pellets Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定黄藤素微丸胶囊中盐酸巴马汀含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定黄藤素微丸胶囊中盐酸巴马汀含量。结果:盐酸巴马汀进样量在0.131～1.572μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99984),平均回收率为100.48%,RSD=2.46%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为黄藤素微丸胶囊的含量测定方法。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of palmatine content in the fibrauretin pellets capsule.Methods:HPLC was used to determine the content of palmatine in the fibrauretin pellets capsule.Results:The range of palmatine was 0.131～1.572 μg and the peak area showed a good linear relationship(r=0.999 84) and the average recovery rate was 100.48%,RSD = 2.46%(n = 9).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the determination of the content of the palmatine pellets capsules.
