新型神经营养因子CDNF/MANF家族与帕金森病 被引量：3

摘要 帕金森病作为一种运动障碍性疾病,其治疗方法一直处在探索阶段,而目前的治疗方法只能缓解其症状并不能阻止疾病的进行和发展。神经营养因子是一种对神经元有保护作用的营养因子,在其近年新发现的新型神经营养因子-CDNF/MANF家族因具有良好的神经保护和神经修复作用将成为研究的热点,本文就CDNF/MANF家族与治疗帕金森病的研究作一篇综述。
