主动参与、善于合作、乐于探究,这是新一轮课程改革大力倡导的学习方式。而合作学习作为一种有效的学习方式和教学方法,在课改实践中得以广泛应用。可是纵观实践课堂会发现,课堂中很大一部分合作学习存在问题,不能真正发挥出促进学生全面发展的优势。因此,如何充分发挥"小组"的作用,充分运用"合作"的手段,是教师必须思考的问题。本文就是通过对合作学习实施过程中,学生方面和教师方面存在的问题进行分析,从何时进行合作学习、合作学习方法和步骤的把握两个方面提出具体的解决策略。

Active participation,good cooperation,willing to explore,this is a new round of curriculum reform advocate of learning.And cooperative learning as an effective way of learning and teaching methods,curriculum practice can be widely used.But look at classroom practice will find that a large part of cooperative learning in the classroom there is a problem,can not really play a round development of students advantage.Therefore,how to make the ＂group＂ effect,make full use of ＂cooperation＂ means teachers must think about.This is through the implementation of cooperative learning process,of students and teachers to analyze the problems,from the timing of cooperative learning,cooperative learning methods and steps to take two concrete-solving strategies.
