浅谈大学女子足球课的教学内容与组织方法

足球课是大学体育课程里的一个重要项目,且群众基础广泛,很多学生选择足球项目作为自己的体育选项课。由于女大学生的身体素质和运动能力的特征,还有对足球的了解与男生相比有着较大的差距,而现在的足球课程教学大纲是针对男学生制定的,教学内容和方法不适用于女学生,也就很难用这套教学大纲去指导女生上好足球课,所以必须在教学内容和方法上做出相应的改进和调整,来适应以女学生为教授对象的足球课堂。

Football lesson is one of the most important course in college physical education.Many students choose football course as their elective courses,because of its status of the world＇s first sports and its widely base of people.According to the big gap between female students and male students at their physical fitness and athletic ability and the knowledge of football,also the current courses are written for boys,so the courses and teach methods are not apply to girls.It＇s difficult to use these to let girls learn well.So we must make some improvements and adjustments to adapt to football class which regard girls as the taught objects.
