摘要
借鉴"风险分析"的概念和方法,采集分析了我国2008-2010年3年的出口果蔬产品被国外警示通报发现不合格情况的615个数据,对不同大类果蔬产品的危害因子风险等级进行了评估,并根据目前各类产品加工特点和企业管理状况提出了相应的重点监控危害项目和风险管理措施。
The concepts and methods of risk analysis were used to Collect and analyze the 615 data of the export fruit and vegetable products by foreign alert status notification from 2008 to 2010 year. The different categories of risk factors for Fruit and vegetable products were assessed and the corresponding monitoring and risk management measures of high - risk factors were put forward according to the current characteristics and status of corporate governance.
