中西医结合治疗胃切除术后反流性食管炎及胃炎30例

Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine in treatment of 30 cases gastrectomy reflux esophagitis and gastritis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃切除术后反流性食管炎及胃炎的疗效。方法泰州市高港人民医院于2009年至2011年对胃切除术后30例反流性食管炎及胃炎患者采用小柴胡汤和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片进行联合治疗,30 d为1个疗程。1个疗程后对治疗效果进行分析。结果临床显效14例,有效6例,好转6例,无效4例,有效率为66.67%。经过6个月的随访,2例患者出现复发,复发率为6.7%。结论小柴胡汤和枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合治疗胃切除术后反流性食管炎及胃炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of integration of Chinese and Western Medicine on gastrectomy reflux esophagitis and gastritis.Methods Thirty cases of gastrectomy reflux esophagitis and gastritis admitted in Gaogang People＇s Hospital from 2009 to 2011,using minor bupleurm decoction and mosapride citrate dispersant combination therapy for 30 days for a course of treatment.Treatment outcome was analyzed after a course.Results There were 14 cases got marked effectiveness,6 cases effectiveness,6 cases improved and 4 cases failure,the effective rate was 66.67%.After six months of follow-up,2 patients got recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.7%.Conclusion Minor bupleurum decoction and mosapride citrate dispersant combination therapy for gastrectomy reflux esophagitis and gastritis is effective,worthy of clinical use.
