摘要
目的:观察中药三白草提取物对尼古丁依赖小鼠戒断症状的影响。方法:以连续递增剂量方式皮下注射尼古丁建立尼古丁依赖小鼠模型,灌胃不同剂量的三白草的氯仿和醋酸乙酯部位提取物后,用注射美加明催瘾。结果:三白草氯仿部位提取物低、中、高剂量组对尼古丁依赖小鼠戒断症状有显著抑制作用(P<0.01);而醋酸乙酯部位提取物与自然戒断组比较无显著性差异。结论:三白草氯仿部位可缓解尼古丁依赖小鼠戒断症状。
Objective： The aim was to study the effects of extract of Saururus chinensis on withdrawal syndrome in nicotine dependent mice.Method： Mice were given increasing doses of nicotine to produce a physical dependence.Then the withdrawal syndrome precipitated by mecamylamine was observed after extract of Saururus chinensis were given.Result： The chloroform extract of Saururus chinensis reduced significantly inhibited action compare with natural withdrawal team.Conclusion： The chloroform extract of Saururus chinensis could significantly inhibit withdrawal syndrome in Nicotine dependent mice.
