积雪草苷抗人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901作用的研究

Study on the Effect of Asiaticoside on Prolieeration Inhibition of Human Gastric Carcinoma Cells SGC-7901

目的:观察积雪草苷对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901的作用;初步探讨积雪草作用于胃癌SGC-7901细胞的机制。方法:采用MTT法观察积雪草对胃癌细胞增值抑制的作用,流式细胞术检测积雪草苷对胃癌细胞凋亡的诱导作用,透射电镜观察SGC-7901凋亡细胞的超微结构。结果:积雪草苷作用的胃癌细胞增值被抑制;促进了胃癌细胞株SGC-7901的凋亡,并存在量效关系。透射电镜观察显示胞质浓缩,核固缩,并可见凋亡小体。结论:积雪草苷可抑制人胃癌细胞SGC-7901的增值并诱导其凋亡。

Objective： To observe the action and mechanism of Asiaticoside on Human Gastric Carcinoma Cells.Methods： We observed the effect of Asiaticoside on proliferation of SGC-7901 cells by MTT,the induction of Asiaticoside on gastric cancer cell were detected by flow cytometry histochemisty method.The SGC-7901 Apoptosis cell ultrastructure were observed under fluorescence microscope.Results： The proliferation of SGC-7901 cells was inhibited by asiaticoside and the effect of gastric cancer cell apoptosis with asiaticoside were improved obviously,They showed dose-effect relationship.The cytoplasmic concentration,nuclear pyknosis and apoptotic bodies were observed under fluorescence microscope.Conclusion： Asiaticoside has the effect of proliferation inhibition and induction of asiaticoside on Human Gastric Carcinoma Cells SGC-7901
