促进和评价骨折愈合方法的研究现状

Research Situation of Promotion and Evaluation Means of Fracture Healing

从药物类研究、内固定研究、针灸治疗研究、电磁治疗研究和激光治疗研究等五个方面,对促进术后骨折愈合的效果作出总结和概述。同时讨论了放射学检查、血液测定、组织学及免疫组化观察、生物力学测定和基因测定在评价骨折愈合中的应用。最后针对促进骨折愈合的机理还未阐明这一问题,提出将先进科技手段(如拉曼光谱技术)应用于骨折愈合研究。

Fractures are common accidental injury in life.With the advances in modern medicine,orthopedics which is an important branch has been rapidly developed.Fracture healing will take a long time,thus shortening the healing period has become a urgent problem which must be solved.In view of this situation,on the one hand,domestic and foreign experts have been dedicated to improve bone healing on the fractured bones.On the other hand,the methods which were effective in improving fractre healing were evaluated by use of different experimental means from different angles,to find out the molecular mechanism of fracture healing finally.The history and advancement of the two aspects were reviewed in this paper.
