"小金库"的存在由来已久,是滋生腐败的根源之一,导致国有资产的流失,损害国家和人民的利益,危害极大。必须从国家安全与发展的战略角度重视"小金库"的治理,更要从法律层面给予严厉的惩戒,建立起"小金库"防治的长效机制。

The existence of ＂small treasuries＂ has been a long time and one of the causes of corruption, resulting in loss of state assets and damage to the interests of the country and the people. We must emphasize the management of ＂small treasuries＂ from the angle of national security and development, give more severe punishment from the legal level, establish a long term prevention mechanism.
