中国电信集团公司高度重视企业内部员工的培训,不仅打造了中国电信学院,为人才培养建立了后方基地,而且还从内部着手,欲求打造一批具有创新力和开创精神的"内训师",这需要我们对一名优秀的企业内训师的培养路径进行探讨。
