摘要 企业是现代社会的基本元素和基本组织形式,企业文化建设的本质是以人为中心的管理,从关心人、理解人、尊重人和人的多层次需要出发,善待员工,使员工在和谐的劳动关系和工作环境当中产生归宿感和认同感。只有重视企业文化的发展和建设,企业才能增强向心力、凝聚力,从而促进劳动关系的融洽和谐。 Business is an essential element and the basic form of modern society and organization. The nature of cotporate culture is people - centered management, including caring, understanding, and respecting humanbeings and their multi - level needs, treating employees kindly, helping them form the feeling of belonging and identity in harmonious labor relations and working conditions. Only by stressing the development and construction of corporate cul- ture can companies enhance solidarity and cohesion to improve harmonious labor relationship.
