摘要
目的 :研究提供血运的胚胎脊髓移植对成鼠损伤脊髓功能恢复的作用。方法 :将成年Wistar大鼠作成脊髓半切洞损伤模型 ,应用单纯胚胎脊髓组织、胚胎脊髓 +大网膜组织、胚胎脊髓 +椎旁肌组织移植到半切洞损伤的脊髓中 ,手术后 1、2、4、12周进行联合行为评分、感觉诱发电位 (SEP)和运动诱发电位 (MEP)检查 ,并与正常组及单纯损伤组比较。结果 :联合行为评分 ,单纯移植组和胚胎脊髓 +大网膜组织移植组优于单纯损伤组 ,SEP和MEP潜峰时的恢复 ,移植各组均优于单纯损伤组 ,以胚胎脊髓 +大网膜组织移植组效果最好 ,单纯胚胎脊髓移植组优于胚胎脊髓 +椎旁肌移植组。结论 :提供血运的胚胎脊髓移植对成鼠损伤脊髓功能恢复有较好的促进作用。
Objective:To study the recovery of neural function of adult rats injured spinal cord by fetal spinal cord tissue with vascularized tissue transplantation.Method:Rat fetal spinal cord tissue with the omentum or the pedicle paraspinal muscle were transferred into the hemisection cavity at spinal cord in adult rats.After operation,combined behavioral score(CBS),somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) and motor evoked potentials(MEP) were examined.Result:There was a statistical difference in CBS among graft group,graft with omentum group and injured group.The peak latencies of early waves in SEPs and MEPs of the graft groups were superior to those of control group( P<0 05) .The fetal spinal cord tissue with the omentum transplantation showed the best result.The result of fetal spinal cord was better than the fetal spinal cord with pedicle paraspinal muscle transplantation.Conclusion:Grafts of fetal spinal cord tissues with vascularized tissue can promote the recovery of neural function of adult rat injured spinal cord.
