小春花对肝纤维化小鼠肝功能及TGFβ_1、CTGF水平的影响

Sceptridium ternatum inhibits mice liver fibrosis through reduce TGFβ_1,CTGF expression

目的研究小春花对肝纤维化的作用及其作用机制。方法通过建立肝纤维化小鼠模型给予药物治疗,检测小鼠肝功能的变化及转化生长因子(TGFβ1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达的影响。结果结果表明小春花能有效的抑制小鼠肝纤维化,并可以减少小鼠肝脏TGFβ1、CTGF的表达。结论小春花不但能减轻肝细胞损伤,改善肝功能,而且通过抑制TGFβ1的产生,阻断和逆转肝纤维化的形成,对CCL4诱导的小鼠肝纤维化有明确的治疗作用,对肝脏没有明显的毒性作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Sceptridium ternatum（Thunb.） Lyon on liver fibrosis and its mechanism.Methods Mouse model of liver fibrosis were used to detect changes in liver function and TGFβ1,CTGF expression through drug treatment.Results The results showed that the drug could effectively inhibit liver fibrosis and reduce TGFβ1,CTGF expression.Conclusion Sceptridium ternatum（Thunb.） Lyon can reduce the liver cell damage,improve liver function,block and reverse liver fibrosis by inhibiting the production of TGFβ1.It has a clear therapeutic effect on the CCL4-induced-liver fibrosis,and has no obvious toxic effects.
