摘要
目的 探讨中耳不同功能状态对畸变产物耳声发射测试结果的影响。方法 用ILO - 92耳动态分析仪对听力正常、鼓室导抗图A型者 15例 ( 30耳 ) ,临床诊断为分泌性中耳炎 ,鼓室导抗图B型者 18例 ( 2 0耳 ) ,鼓室导抗图C型者 2 6例 ( 30耳 )进行DPOAE测试。结果 正常人鼓室导抗图A型、分泌性中耳炎鼓室导抗图B型、鼓室导抗图C型DPOAE反应幅值分别为 5~ 15dBSPL、- 6 .9~ 4.4dBSPL、- 2 .2~ 4.7dBSPL ,三者相比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,DPOAE在 1~ 2kHz检出率分别为 10 0 %、13%、19%。结论 DPOAE用于临床评价听觉外周器官功能 。
Objective To explore the influence of the middle ear status on detection and amplitude of distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE).Methods With ILO-92 Otodynamics Analyzer,distortion product otoacoustic emission was examined in 30 ears of normal hearing,20 ears with B type tympanometry and 30 ears with C type tympanometry.Results The DPOAE amplitude of normaly hearing subjects,cases with B or C type tympanometry was 5~15 dB SPL、-6.9~4.4 dB SPL、-2.2~4.7 dB SPL respectively,and there was significant difference.DPOAE detection rates were 100%,13%,and 19%.Conclusion To evaluate peripheral auditory processing using DPOAE must be combined with the middle ear status.
