摘要
采用Basell双环管工艺进行了烟膜专用料的生产,生产过程中通过对氢气进料量控制、三乙基铝与外给电子体的质量比控制、挤压机操作参数控制及助剂配方优化,开发生产了烟膜专用料T38FY。产品熔体流动速率控制在2.8~3.2g/10 min,等规指数为96.5%~97.5%,弯曲模量达到30 MPa,满足用户的要求。但采用现有的催化剂体系和助剂配方,其产品灰分为300μg/g,雾度为15%,均比目标值高。下一步需要提高催化剂活性,降低催化剂消耗,并采用高效助剂体系,降低产品灰分,提高产品光学性能。
The special resin of T38FY for tobacco film was developed and produced with Basell Sphripol-Ⅱprocess by the feed of hydrogen adjusted,mass of triethylaluminum and the external electronic donor controlled,the extruder operating parameters and additives formula optimized.Melt flow rate of the special resin is 2.8-3.2g/10 min,isotactic indexof 96.5%-97.5%,flexural modulus up to 30 MPa,to the satisfaction of requirements of customers.The existing catalyst system and additive formula are resulted in the ash of 300μg/g and haze of 15%,that is higher than the norms.In order to improve the transparence, reduce consumption of the catalyst and the ash,high activation catalyst and high efficiency additives should be applied.
