摘要
目的 探讨老年性耳聋SOD、MDA及红细胞变形性之间的关系 ,为临床上能有效地控制和延缓老年性耳聋的发生和发展提供依据。方法 测定 6 8例老年性耳聋病人和 5 0例健康老年人的血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的水平及血液红细胞变形性。结果 老年性耳聋病人的SOD水平降低 ,MDA水平增高 ,红细胞变形能力降低 ,与健康对照组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,且SOD含量与红细胞变形能力呈正相关关系 (P <0 .0 1) ,与MDA含量呈负相关关系 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 老年性耳聋病人的SOD含量下降 ,红细胞变形能力降低 ,而丙二醛 (MDA)水平增高 ,建议在临床上对老年性耳聋病人应用增加SOD含量 ,提高红细胞变形能力 。
Objective To study the relationship among the levels of SOD、MDA and RCD in patients with presbycusis.Methods The Red Cell Deformability (RCD)and the levels of the blood plasma SOD and MDA in 68 patients with presbycusis and in 50 healthy old people were measured.Results The SOD(=61.28±21.18u/ml)and RCD (DI=0.324±0.022)were lower,the MDA(=5.33±1.09 μmol/L)was higher in patients with presbycusis than that in the normal group(P<0.01).Conclusion Presbycusis might result from the decreased SOD and RCD,and the increased MDA in some extent.
