甘油对突发性聋的治疗作用

Treatment Effect of Glycerol on Sudden Deafness

目的 观察甘油对突发性聋的治疗作用。方法 将 6 0例突聋者分成甘油治疗组 (A组 )和对照组 (B组 ) ,A组除加服 5 0 %甘油盐水外 ,其余治疗与B组相同 ,包括高压氧、扩血管药、能量制剂和激素治疗。并分别于治疗前和治疗后 10天测试患者的听力。结果 治疗前A组和B组的平均听阈分别为 70 .6 7± 2 0 .43dBHL和 6 7.5 8± 36 .18dBHL(P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后两组听力平均提高分别为 30 .0 9± 2 0 .43dB和 18.42± 18.0 5dB(P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Glycerol on sudden deafness.Methods Sixty patients with sudden deafness were divided into treatment group(group A,n=30) and control group(group B, n=30).Besides oral administration of 50% Glycerol,the treatments of group A were the same as in group B that included hyperbaric oxygen,vasodilator,energy preparation and steroid.The hearing threshold of patients was separately tested before and 10 days after treatment.Results The average value of the hearing threshold was 70.67±20.43 dB HL in group A and 67.58±36.18 dB HL in group B(P>0.05)before treatment.The average value of the hearing threahold reduced to 30.09±20.43 dB HL in group A and 18.42±18.05 dB HL in group B(P<0.05) after treatment.Conclusion Glycerol can increase treatment effect of patients with sudden deafness.
