摘要
分析江西省宜春市水利基层管理体制现状及存在问题,提出加强基层水利管理和人才队伍建设的对策.
The present situation and existing problems for the grass-roots hydraulic management system in Yichun city are analyzed in this paper.At last,the countermeasure of strengthening the grass-roots hydraulic management and trained personnel construction is proposed.
