加拿大著名教育家迈克尔.富兰对教育变革中的教师发展进行了系统的阐述,提出教师是教育变革和社会进步的动力、教师发展的目标是学习型的个人、教师发展的途径是学习等重要观点,这些观点对于我国教育改革中的教师发展具有重要的启示。
Fullan Michael,the Canadian famous educator,systematically states the teachers' development in educational reform,puts forward the important opinions that teachers are the motivation of educational reform and social progress,the aim of teachers' development is learning individual,the way of teachers' development is learning,etc.These opinions have important revelation to teachers' development in China's educational reform.
