谈中职教育与开放教育“直通车”试点项目的改进

A Survey of "Direct Connection Train" Pilot Project of Secondary Vocational Education and Open Education

中职教育与开放教育"直通车"试点项目启动后,多数试点学校领导对开放教育有一定的了解和认识,表示愿意开展该项目。同时,在该项目实施过程中,有的学校不惜血本扩大生源,使得学校捉襟见肘的教学资源、师资力量和管理人员演变成中职教育发展的瓶颈。面对这些内在压力,有些学校领导认为开展"直通车"试点项目,会增加学校负担,会激化学校内部矛盾,直接导致学校踌躇不决和持观望态度。

After ＂Direct Connection Train＂ pilot project of secondary vocational education and open education starts,most leaders of the pilot schools begin to know and understand open education and are willing to carry out the project.During the implementation of the project,some schools spend much to expand the source of students,thus making the stretched teaching resources,teachers and administrators of their schools into a bottleneck in the development of the secondary vocational education.Facing these inner pressures,some school leaders believe that the ＂Direct Connection Train＂ pilot project give more burdens to the schools and intensify the internal contradictions,resulting in the hesitation and the wait-and-see attitude of the schools.
