摘要
生源地助学贷款的社会制度约束主要表现为经济制度约束、法制约束、行政的不当干预、政府债务危机等。必须突破现有社会制度的不利约束,以促进生源地助学贷款的可持续发展。
The restraints of social system in student-origin-based loans mainly include the restraint of economic system and legal system,improper administrative interference,and government debt crisis,etc.Therefore,these disadvantageous restraints of social system must be broken out,so as to promote the sustainable development of student-origin-based loans.
