新生代农民工继续教育需求状况的实证调查——以江苏省无锡市为个案

An Empirical Investigation of the Status Quo of Continuing Education Needs of Generation the New of Migrant Workers: A Case Study of Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province

随着城市化进程的推进以及社会经济的发展,80年代后出生的新生代农民工逐渐成为农民工群体的主体。他们的劳动素质和文化水平不仅关系到自身的就业和收入水平,还关系到我国人口的整体素质和发展竞争力。因此应有对性地分析新生代农民工的继续教育需求和现状,制定满足新生代农民工教育需求的途径和措施,并通过教育培训提高新生代农民工的素质和融入城市的能力。

With the advance of urbanization and socio-economic development,the migrant workers of the new generation born after the 1980s have become the main groups of migrant workers.Their labor quality and cultural level are not only related to their employment and income,but also related to the overall quality of China＇s population and the development of competitive strength.Therefore,the status quo of the new generation of the migrant workers is analyzed to know their needs for continuing education and to make means and measures to meet their educational needs.Their qualities and city-melting abilities can be improved through education and training.
