八钢煤气系统运行评价及建议

Evaluation the Running Situation of Coal Gas System of Bayi Steel & Some Suggestions

副产煤气和蒸汽是八钢最重要的二次能源,其利用得到了八钢日益重视,但是煤气净化质量、煤气管网布局和动态平衡能力、自动控制水平、热电转换能力等环节存在的问题,制约了八钢能源系统运行水平。就八钢能源系统(动力)运行情况作出分析和评价,并提出了改进建议。

The by-product coal gas and steam are the most important secondary energy of Bayi steel,whose utilization have been paid increasing attention by Bayi steel.But there are more problems in the aspects of production,the purified coal gas quality,the network layout of coal gas pipe,the dynamic balance ability,the level of automatic control,and the thermoelectric conversion ability,which restrict the energy system operation level of Bayi steel.In this paper,the Coal gas（power） systems operation were analyzed and evaluated,and some suggestions for improvement were put forward.
