摘要
建立了测定乳制品中雌二醇残留的酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)竞争法,其重现性好、特异性强,测定线性范围0.01mg/L～1000.0mg/L,最低检出浓度为9.714mg/L,乳制品的加标实验回收率为87.2%～120.8%。
The direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for estradiol residues in dairy products was established,reproducibility being good,specificity potent.The linear range determined was 0.01mg/L^1000.0mg/L,the lowest detection limit was 9.714mg/L.Added standard experimental recoveries of dairy products were from 87.2% to 120.8%.
