老年脑卒中与高血压病冠心病糖尿病关系探讨

Exploration on the Relationship of Cerebral Apoplexy in the Aged Patients with Essential Hypertension,Coronary Heart Di sease and Diabetes Mellitus

目的 :探讨老年脑卒中与高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病之间关系。方法 :通过采集病史、体验及化验等 ,对6 0 0例老年脑卒中患者并高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病情况进行调查及相关分析。结果 :老年脑卒中患高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病发生率分别为 84.5 %、5 9.5 %、19.2 % ,明显高于对照组的 2 0 .7%、2 8.3%、6 .7% ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。同时观察几种疾病患者血脂较对照组有明显异常改变。结论 :老年脑卒中与高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病密切相关。脂类代谢异常及动脉粥样硬化等是共同病理改变。几种疾病可相互并存 ,相互加重 ,要重视这些疾病早期诊断、治疗和预防。

Objective:The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship of cerebral apoplexy in aged patients with essential hypertension(EH),coronary heart disease(CHD) and diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:600 cerebral apoplexy in aged patients were investigated and analysed by gathering the medical history and physical laboratory examination.Results:The incidences of cerebral apoplexy in aged patients with EH,CHD and DM were 84 5%,59 5% and 19 2%,respectively,the incidences were higher than those in control group which were 20 7%,28 3% and 6 7% respectively,the difference was very significant(P<0 01).Meanwhile,we observed the disorders of lipid metabolism in the patients with EH,CHD and DM.Conclusion:The results suggest that cerebral apoplexy is associated with EH,CHD and DM.Disorders of lipid metabolism and atherosclerosis are common pathologic changes.They may coexist and aggravate each other,it is important to make early diagnosis,treatment and prevention of these diseases.
