糖尿病患者生存质量及其影响因素的调查分析

Study on the Quality of the Survivals of Diabetes and Its Influencing Factors

目的 :了解糖尿病患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法 :采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表对西安地区184例糖尿病患者及 2 0 0例社区正常个体进行了调查。结果 :糖尿病人群对生存质量及其各个领域的主观满意度均较正常人群低 ,特别是在精力、负性情感、药物依赖性、家庭支持、经济收入、社交等方面存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。患者的年龄及对个人健康状况、家庭现状的满意程度对生存质量有影响。结论 :应重视糖尿病患者的健康教育、加强心理治疗和争取家庭及社会的支持是十分必要的。

Objective:To study the quality of the survivals of diabetes and its influencing factors.Methods:184 cases of diabetes and 200 controls were examined with WHO Quality of Survival 100 in Xi′an.Results:The quality of survival,including physical,psychological,social,environmental and independent domains of the diabetes,had obvious difference between case group and control group(P<0 01).Self satisfaction of diabetes was lower than that of control,especially in energy,negative feelings,medicine dependence,family support,income and social activities.The influencing factors of survival of diabetes were age,health and family care.Conclusion:It is very important to pay more attention to health education of the diabetes,to improve the psychological treatment and to increase the support of family and society.
