摘要
建设高绩效的教学团队,提高教学质量,需要采取公平公正的绩效考核方式,以促进整个教学团队的健康发展和高效运转。目前,高职专业教学团队的评价机制还不完善。通过对现有国家级高职教学团队的研究分析,旨在从五个方面构建高职专业优秀教学团队的评价标准,为专业教学团队建设提供可借鉴的标准依据,即合理的"双师"结构团队组成、优越的专兼结合制度保障、高素质的团队带头人、科学的人才培养和良好的社会服务。
The construction of high - performance teaching teams requires a fair performance appraisal to efficiently improve teaching quality and promote sound development of teaching teams. Currently, vocational teaching team e- valuation mechanism is not perfect. Based on the analysis of the existing national vocational education team,five e- valuation criteria will be built - reasonable composition of dual - qualified teachers, security system for dual - quali- fied teachers, high -quality team leaders, scientific personnel training and good social services.
