日本私立大学的监事制度剖析

在战后的教育改革中,日本私立大学普遍建立起了一套监事制度,使学校法人的管理呈现出三权分立的局面,加强了对学校法人的监督,杜绝了很多不正之风,为日本私立大学的繁荣作出了贡献。但是随着时代的发展,学校法人的监事制度也存在不少弊病,需要进一步改革。

In the education reform after World War II, a supervisor system was widely established in Japan＇ s private universities. It made separation of powers in the management of private universities, improved the supervision of school legal persons, prevented a lot of unhealthy tendencies and resulted in the prosperity of Japan＇ s private universities. With the passage of time, the supervisor system of Japan＇ s private universities has some drawbacks and needs to be further reformed.
