The soft cultural power to the powerful nation construction is the extension and development of the historical mission of the Communist Party in the new era and the path to the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.Education is the first driving force and the fundamental way to the construction of the soft power of culture.The reform and development of education integrate with the conversion of the style of culture development in ways of idea,standard and direction.The ＂National Medium and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan and Outline（2010-2020 Year）＂ has effectively increased the possibility of enhancing national cultural quality,boosting the modernization and promoting the development of cultural creativity,and has improved the development of soft cultural power on the significance of nation strategy.
