摘要
规定于《行政监察法》的监察职责在法律上和实践中都呈现扩大化的趋向。为切实履行好监察职责,必须把握住监察工作的三条主线,即监督检查、组织协调和纠偏惩戒。纠偏惩戒是监察工作的落脚点。
The supervision function,which is provided in the Administration Supervision Law,is inclined to expand in laws and practice.In order to perform the supervision function feasibly,we need to grasp three essential aspects,i.e.supervision and inspection,organization and coordination,error-correction and discipline.The error-correction and discipline is the foothold of the supervision job.
