摘要
高职高专院校英语教师发展直接关系到高职高专英语教育的整体质量和学生英语学习的效果。在明确高职高专院校需要"双师型"英语教师和理解"双师"内涵的前提下,探索性地提出高职高专院校英语教师发展"三阶段三维度"的发展模式和实现路径,对高职高专英语教师发展及其研究具有参考价值和指导意义。
English teacher development is directly related to the overall quality of higher vocational English education and students' English learning effect.Under the premise that higher vocational colleges need double type English teacher and understanding the connotation of double type teacher,this paper explores to put forward higher vocational college English teacher development model:"three stages and three dimensions" development model,and points out the path of this development model.It has the reality guiding value for development of Higher Vocational College English teachers from undergraduate,postgraduate English Majors.
