摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的深化和社会的转型,思想认识弱、适应能力弱、心理素质差的学生形成了"大学生特殊群体",并在数量上呈逐年上升趋势。对大学生特殊群体的思想教育及其心理引导,是摆在高校思想教育工作者面前亟待解决的问题。运用赏识教育理论,分析赏识教育情境与大学生特殊群体思想教育、心理引导的关系,探讨营造特殊群体大学生赏识教育情境的主要原则,可用以进一步提高大学生弱势群体的思想认识与心理素质。
With the deepening of China's economic reform and social transformation,thinking and understanding of weak adaptive capacity,poor psychological quality undergraduates have formed a "special group of undergraduates," the amount moving up year after year.Special groups of undergraduates' ideological education and psychological guidance,is a serious problem placed in front of the ideological and educators.In this paper,appreciation of education theory,analysis,appreciation of the educational context and ideological education of special groups of undergraduates,psychological guidance,and to explore and create special groups of undergraduates' main principles of appreciated education,to further improve the vulnerable groups undergraduates' thinking and psychological qualities.
