益母草水提物对小鼠前体脂肪细胞体外增殖能力的影响

Effect of aqueous extract of motherwort herb on proliferation of mice preadipocytes in vitro

目的探讨益母草水提物对小鼠前体脂肪细胞的增殖的影响,旨在了解益母草新的药用价值。方法分离培养小鼠前体脂肪细胞,取传代细胞,用不同浓度的益母草水提物处理,MTT法检测前体脂肪细胞增殖情况。结果益母草水提物可明显抑制小鼠前体脂肪细胞的体外增殖,并呈一定的剂量依赖性,其机制有待进一步研究。

Objective To explore the influence of different concentrations of the aqueous extract from Motherwort Herb（AEMH）on the proliferation of mouse preadipocytes in vitro.Methods After treating the cells with AEMH at various concentrations（1.0-3.0 mg/mL）for 24 h,the proliferation rate of mouse preadipocytes was detected with MTT method.Results AEMH inhibited the proliferation of preadipocytes in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion AEMH can significantly inhibites the proliferation of mouse preadipocytes in vitro.
